Local eSIM (Japan Docomo line)

  • Please install and start using the activation code within two days , including the date of issuance.
  • Please note that even if you do not install the activation code after it has been issued, it will automatically begin to be used on the third day from the date of issuance, and the plan days will be counted. (The date is calculated based on Japan time .)

Roaming eSIM

  • The "Activation Code" must be activated locally within 30 days, including the date of issuance.
  • Please note that even if you do not install the "activation code" after it has been issued, it will automatically become invalid 30 days after the date of issuance request .
  • About Counting

Asia:

All calculations are based on Taiwan time (UTC+8).
The validity period is from the day you connect to the local line until 23:59 (Taiwan time) on the day of the purchased plan.
Please note that the time is not counted in 24-hour increments from the time of connection.

Europe and the US:

The usage period is from the day you connect to the local line until 23:59 (UTC) on the day of the purchased plan, regardless of the start time of use.
